Well, restart didn't work, so I uninstalled the Toshiba DVD Player. Where do I find the DVD Player to reinstall it? I would just go back to Windows 8, but that is evidently not an option unless I either want to delete everything in my computer and repurchase everything or buy a new computer with Windows Frustrated beyond measure!
